 about. For many of you this will not be a big deal only because

you have never had a problem with your weight. However two 

Years ago (Due to being morbidly obese) I was in a wheelchair 

and had to use it to get around If I needed to walk more than

I have not had to use my Wheel Chair nor do I even Own it any

more for well over a year. I had a knee replacement 6 months 

ago and have come off of all my medications ( I was on about a

dozen different ones ). Now next week I have decided I live in a 

small enough town I can get around by bicycle and am

 purchasing one not only to get around but for exercise also. So 

how many think this is no big deal? Think about it from a

 wheelchair to a bicycle in two years I'm convinced and my Flag 

is firmly planted right here."

I have been overweight most of my adult life,but when I reached 260 I was devastated  I hated taking pictures, so that's why you haven't seen any. Well, I found a before picture of me at my largest weight. I started taking Skinny Fiber last January.
I must admit,I didn't take it everyday.I did feel full fast,I did eat less.Sometimes I would forget to even eat. I lost 10 pounds! WOW! I haven't been able to do that for years!

I made up my mind that I was going to go full force and be focused on loosing weight. As of date, I have lost a total of 40 pounds. I have gone from a size 22 to 16. No excersise! Just 2 pills with 8oz of water before breakfast and dinner.(my 2 largest meals)






I have now added healthier choices for food, and will be adding excerise to my program.
If loosing 40 pounds without excersise, imaging what I'll loose with it!

WE HAVE BECOE LAZY WHEN IT COMES TO OUR HEALTH


It just blows my mind how much our society has become lazy, when it comes to our health. 40% of our country is obese, 20%  our children.


We rush out in the morning, running late for work or school, only to stop at a fast food to grab a breakfast sandwich and a diet coke! We then get a little sluggish around 10,run to the vending machine and grab a soda and a candy bar or cookies.

By 3pm, we're sluggish again, so we grab a bag of chips. the kids get out of school,waiting for dinner to be done; first thing they grab is cookies, chips or candy!Then we get upset when the doctor tells us we have high blood pressure, or even worst, diabetes!

We need to start think about our health people. Stop taking our lives for granted.  We need to start saving our lives, and the lives of our loved ones.

What's wrong, people! We need to get a grip on our lives: We only have one!
We have 3 C's in our Lives: chances, choices, and change
Let's use them!
